Product presentation - The Tempho Light Weight House

This innovation will be promoted through :

Federal Ministry for Economy and Technology based on a decision of the German Bundestag

We have developed four systems that are especially inexpensively priced, are fast and easy to assemble and light weight homes. They satisfy all needs resulting from earthquake, storm, flood, war, and people in need, such as over crowded slum areas. With the addition of a porch or loggia, they can also be used as vacation homes in vacation/recreation areas.

With the same construction system and with only minor changes, it can be adapted for variable climates:

(1) The "Arctic" system with a peaked roof and double or triple glass sliding windows is recommended for colder regions such as Europe and polarregions.

(2) The "Tropic" system is recommended in tepid climates, for example, regions near the equator. Under a stepped roof, the entire length can be ventilated through air vents.

(3) In case of flood and if needed, an entire settlement can be erected and floated on water. The aforementioned systems can be fitted with pontoons around the perimeter and attached to the base. These also serve as wake blockers. The floor is ca. 400 mm (1.6 in.) above water level and under full load sinks only 52 mm (0.2 in).

(4) Vacation home: all three systems, including the floating home, can be used as vacation homes by enlarging the loggia. This enables a winter vacation at camping grounds.

1.  Application

The system is planned for use in earthquake and flood areas, hot or cold regions, for disaster relief after fire, storm or war. It can eliminate slums with the necessary buildings and facilities, including hospitals, schools, kindergartens, churches, sanctuaries, etc. The very variable light weight house systems can suitably house up to several hundred people.

2. Construction and size

All houses are made of glass fiber-plastic composite panels, fiberglass sandwich panels with a Styrofoam core 62 or 100 mm thick. They stand on a 32 cm high pedestal. In the one story building the outside walls are 2.25 m high. They are available in interior widths of 2.25, 3.38, 4.50, 5.62, 6.75 m and in any length in increments of 1.125 m. Basically, the light houses in 3.38 m and 4.50 m width are two story. This double-residential building requires much less land. The interior walls of coated particle board also serve to stiffen the outer walls against wind pressure and to accommodate roof loads. The roof elements are given a sound dampening material to lessen rain, hail, or sleet noises. Gutters transfer rainwater that is collected. Floating houses get anchore on each corner with recessed sliding.

3. Equipment and use

Depending on the climate, single or double pane windows are available and optional insect screens. The exterior door has the same thickness as the walls. The wastewater from the unitized seat/standing toilet and shower combination, along with the sink and a stainless steel kitchen sink, can be resolved in a small sewage treatment plant. Heating the water can be accomplished through a roof integrated system into the hot water collector. It can be boiled on a sun-mirror solar cooker to about 2 KW or with gas. Each room has an LED lamp with a solar photovoltaic battery. As needed, up to four beds are arranged one above the other, which also accommodates extended families with low space requirement.

Due to the wide range of equipment (water treatment, sanitation, electricity supply, the use of solar energy), the houses are inhabited and autonomously hygienically clean and regardless of lack of infrastructure. anchors. Stationary homes are tied down via straps with ground anchors.

4. Costs

Depending on the equipment kits, we can offer light weight houses at a price between 190 and 280 Euros per square meter. This price is less than half that of comparable competitors, their products do not reach the quality and versatility of our innovations. The calculation of production costs is based on German wage levels and German material procurement prices. During production in developing countries, the selling price is reduced accordingly, or the excess will be increased accordingly.

5. Installation

Prepared on a horizontal surface on top of fine sand, the base is assembled and fixed on the 100 mm thick base elements. To create a floatable house, then all ground elements are hermetically bonded together and the exterior wall elements are then affixed and then the roof elements.

6. Patent Legal Safeguarding

The inventor developed the thermo initiator and light weight house system. He has received the German Patent and submitted to the PCT international patent.

DP 10 2011 016 341.7, the latest development of composite elements was applied.

Further developments, floor plans and details are protected by copyright.

7.78
Installation of an empty house, depending on the size, 4 workers in about 2-4 hours.

7.79
A not too satisfactory market results from the worldwide fast spreading slums, and in the acts of war, floods, storms and fire affected areas. Worldwide, many millions of low-cost houses are missing in the way we have developed them.

7.80
Worldwide, there are not as versatile and affordable house systems, like our igloo and "Thermo" houses, almost all can be delivered to float. By the rise in sea level, there is little affordable alternatives to our floating systems.

7.81
Free distribution of houses to charities, among other things via the "Direct Sponsorship Public Trust", a foundation in business and industrial enterprises, banks, insurance companies, private individuals, sports, shooting, singing clubs, tennis, golf clubs, schools, churches and other public institutions, casinos, etc. are addressed, for example, finance a house, a school class, a kindergarten, a daycare center or orphanages, hospitals and homes for other purposes. Prices depending on size and value of the property are between Euro 3.000 and 30.000 with complete facilities, the proportions can be quarteredn.

7.82
Each object can receive a highly visible indication of the strength or the donor. Each object is accompanied by a return envelope, with which the donor is informed of the location and a photo of the house and its inhabitants or users. This allows everyone to understand who he has helped with his money. His help comes in directly. There is no need to request the anonymity of the donation.

Thus we reach a worldwide unique position with this light weight houses
